Made to order

Our products are printed after an order is placed rather than produced in large batches in advance. This helps avoid holding excess finished stock of designs that may not sell. Made-to-order production still uses materials, energy and packaging, and it does not make a product impact-free.

Materials and production

Environmental and material attributes vary by product. Depending on the item, specifications may include water-based inks, paper or wood from sustainable sources, recycled content, vegan-friendly materials or recyclability. We use the available product information to describe what is relevant rather than making a blanket claim for everything we sell.

The materials and finish for an individual item are shown on its product page when available. Recyclability depends on the item, its finish and the facilities available where you live; please check local recycling guidance.

Production and delivery

Products are prepared after an order is placed. Delivery options and estimates are shown at checkout for your address. We do not make a carbon-saving claim based only on delivery distance, and we do not describe our products as carbon neutral.

Our approach to claims

We aim to describe materials and production clearly and avoid broad claims that are not supported by the relevant product information. We do not claim that every item is recycled, plastic-free or independently certified. Product specifications can change, so we review our descriptions when they do.
