We want everyone to be able to browse cards, personalise a design and place an order. We are working to make the storefront clear and usable across devices and assistive technologies.

If you have difficulty using any part of the site, need information in another format or would like help completing an order, contact us through the live chat. Please tell us which page or step caused difficulty and what would help. We will do our best to respond and offer another way to access the information or complete your request.

Ongoing improvements

We have not completed an independent accessibility audit and do not claim that every page or feature fully conforms to a particular standard. The card editor and checkout may have limitations with some assistive technologies. We welcome reports so we can investigate and improve the experience.
