Cookies and browser storage

Essential storage

The storefront uses browser storage to provide features you request: keeping your basket, remembering account sign-in, saving wishlist items, retaining checkout progress and showing a personalised-card preview. These functions are necessary for the service to work. Depending on the feature, information may be stored in cookies, local storage, session storage or IndexedDB and may remain until it expires or you clear your browser data.

Optional analytics and advertising

We do not currently use optional analytics or advertising trackers. If optional analytics or marketing storage is introduced, we will explain it here and ask for consent before placing or accessing it where the law requires. You can manage or clear browser storage in your browser settings; doing so may affect basket, account or editor features.

Contact and changes

For questions about browser storage or privacy, contact us through the live chat or read our Privacy Notice. We will update this page if the storage we use changes.
