Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about personalising a card, ordering, delivery and looking after your information.

Can I personalise a card?

Many designs offer personalisation. Open the card editor from the product page, add the text or images available for that design, and review the preview before adding it to your basket. If personalisation is not offered, you can order the card as shown.

When is my personalised design made?

Your print-ready design is created for production after you place and pay for your order. Opening the editor or saving a design does not send it to print. Unpaid saved designs are available to claim for up to 31 days; temporary design files expire automatically, and print files are retained for a limited period to support fulfilment and customer service. See our Privacy Notice for details.

How much do cards cost?

The current price is shown on each product and in your basket. Classic greeting cards are currently £1.99 each. Delivery is calculated separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch within 24 hours. Most orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day, although this is not guaranteed. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. Standard is usually 2 to 3 working days, Express 1 to 2 working days and Overnight the next working day. Available services, prices and the estimate for your address are confirmed at checkout. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Where is my order?

We send you an update when your order is dispatched. If you have an account, sign in to view your order history. If you checked out as a guest or need help, open the live chat with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Can I cancel or return a card?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order; once a personalised card has entered production, changes may no longer be possible. Personalised goods made to your specifications are generally excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. For non-personalised online orders, consumer cancellation rights may apply. See our Terms and Conditions and contact us for return instructions.

What happens to photos I upload?

Photos are resized in your browser before upload. They are used to prepare and fulfil your card, not added to a public gallery. The Privacy Notice explains design-file expiry and the separate retention of order and design records.

How can I contact you?

Open the live chat. Please include your order number if your question is about an order.
